That is a very cool piece Carlton. I've seen Spaulding pieces before and just assumed it was a knock off company that was attempting to use name recognition. It's a company in Little Rock who absorbed AMF.

When I was growing up I had a modern version of that light (spelled "Spaulding"), complete with mini tennis rackets on each side of the blub/ball, hanging in my room.
