Babe Ruth and Walter Johnson considered Hal Chase the best 1st baseman, ever. The folks at American Litho. must of liked Chase, too.
Since they featured him on 5 of their T206 cards. My very 1st T206 card (1981) was the Blue Hal Chase portrait (shown here with the OLD MILL back)....and, my quest has been endless. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ..................................................
