What set is this 1930 Pirates Card From?

This is a 1930 Pirates card. It is the size on an Exhibit card Blank on the back.

It has an SH74 in the lower left hand corner

I think this may have been made in the late 1970s or 80s. I have some around here somewhere. Dan.
