I went to a local card show today to try to find some cards to complete my sets. Only one guy had vintage cards, and I did buy some. I was thinking about trying to go to a little bit bigger show, but still within 3 or so hours. I know of a couple coming up, one in IL and one in MO. The one in MO has a $5 admission fee. Is this normal. I remember going to shows with a $1 fee, which is fine, but it seems like $5 is a little high. It looks like there are going to be quite a few dealers there. Why is it that some charge, just curious. Thanks.
Just found the website for the one in MO, they have quite a few stars there for autographs, I guess that is why they have an admission fee. Last edited by scottpt99; 09-11-2010 at 02:57 PM. |
