If I have an item that has a psa/dna certificate, what do they charge to encapsulate it? I noticed that they are doing free encapsulation of signed 8x10's with fee. If I have a signed 8x10 that has already been certified by them, would they encapsulate it for free? My past experiences calling customer suuport has been a joke so i thought Id try here. Thanks!
