Reflections series of baseball art by Jennifer Ettinger: Cobb, Mathewson, Ruth, Maris
Jennifer created 19 pieces for this series, of which six remain. Collaged text and a photo of the player are hand-painted. The photo image is reversed on one side, with the player appearing as he was in the mirrored reflection. Four of the six are original members of the Hall of Fame. Cobb, Wagner, Ruth, Mathewson, Josh Gibson, Roger Maris and Baseball Joe.
