Hi. I'm a newbie, just signed up. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can see scans of 1910-11 Sporting Life minor leaguers esp: Coveleskie, Foster, Frill, Hughes, & F. Mitchell. Any help would be greatly appreciated & thanks.

Welcome to the board! Tim N. just picked up a Coveleskie and posted a scan on the board. It was just a week or two ago so you can find it by doing a search.

i actually got my first M116 from the fellow who greeted you before me--- Barry Sloate. It was the Hughie Jennings with the 300 on the back, from Barry's own auction. Since then, i've bought a few more and can understand why you are into them. Sorry but i don't have the ones you've mentioned. again, Welcome best, barry |

I found this one for you. By the way, your user name wouldn't happen to be influenced by a band's name would it? Jantz Last edited by Jantz; 01-16-2010 at 12:57 PM. |

By asking that question I think you already know the answer! Operation Mindcrime is the greatest metal album of all time (you guys have no idea what I'm talking about, do you?)
