I sent an item to PSA thinking it was a lock for an "8", it came back a PSA "6".
Immediately returned this item to PSA for review, told them absolutely not a PSA 6, but rather a minimum PSA 8. I wrote PSA that they must have made a simple mistake and please take a second good look. Grades posted - is now a PSA 8. Question: Do I have to eat all grading review costs and shipping costs just to get my item regraded correctly the second time - when it was their mistake and should have been properly graded the initial time? And what do you all think about such a drastic PSA original mis-grade (by 2 full grades - WOW!)? edited - would rather not divulge what the specific item was.
