Here is an Obak of Hickey from Spokane NWL.

Bidding starts at $10 and increments of $.50. Auction will end on 7/23/2009 at 10pm CST. This will be 11pm EST, 10 CST, 9 MST, and 8pm PST. All bids must be in by the 9:59:59 CST time stamp.

As far as shipping as long as the card is over $15 shipping is free otherwise it is $1.50.

If you bid $12.50 and the next guy bids. $13 up to $18.50 you will pay the $18.50 as this is not fair to block out a vast area of $ you do not intend to pay when someone else may win at $15.

What kind of bid is "$13 up to $18.50"?

Does it mean that some jackass put in a limit bid?

If so, you are right his bid is $18.50 because if I see it I'm bidding $18.00 just to push him up.

We already had this happen. It was rather funny. I had bid on an auction (here) at about $15....The Group then put in an "up to" bid of $26.....a minute later I bid $25 and they ended up winning at $26.....Hey, it takes all kinds. If I ever see an "up to" bid on one of these auctions I will immediately make that person the high bidder at their max. All is fair in love and cards.....good luck in this auction....regards
