Today in an antique shop I saw a 1930-1940's “Poosh-M-Up Jr. Tabletop Pinball Game – Four Games In One” manufactured by Northwestern Products Co. in St. Louis. Lithographed on heavy cardboard in great graphics and colors, the games that can be played are: Put-In-Take, Base Ball, Colors and Bagatelle. It has a mahogany wooden frame, particle board backing and a steel easel to sit it up on the table. The game measures 17" inches long and 11" wide. Although pictured on a baseball diamond, the artwork is circus themed, with clowns, policeman, animals – and a black figure that could be the umpire.
My question: is this game worth the $70 (Canadian) price tag? Thanks! |
