If you won something in collect.com's auction that ended last night, don't go into a state of shock when you view your invoice! I've been advised that the shipping and insurance amounts have not been finalized yet.
I won a single T206 card with a winning bid of $60. My invoice was as follows: Winning Bid: $60.00 Buyer's Premium: $10.20 Shipping: $25.22 ![]() Insurance: $8.00 ![]() Total: $103.42 I contacted collect.com this morning questioning the shipping charges and recieved a very prompt and professional response advising that the shipping and insurance amounts will be finalized on Monday. ![]() Last edited by willworkforT206; 06-19-2009 at 09:34 AM. Including the buyer's premium, the Nat'l Copper Plate set sold for $52,650.

Thanks Bob. Sounds like a strong price (although I have nothing to compare it to).

The auctioned seemed to do pretty well for its first time out. The minimum bids were rarely low (and often what people here would consider high), so some unsold lots are to be expected. The realized prices generally looked healthy.
