ca. 1910 Joe Tinker 5 Cent Cigars Original Glass Cigar Box Cover w/ Glass

This is an interesting item you don't see too often. This is an original Joe Tinker Cigars cigar box lid cover. Basically, when a store owner would put a box of Joe's good ole cigars out for individual sale, they would put this advertising cover over the opened box to keep those cigars nice and fresh. This cover is in overall nice condition. Yes it does have some minor paint flaws here and there that do not detact for its appearance, but... all the paint is original, there are no dents, and the glass is original and uncracked!!! Also, this is the early white/black lettering version - not the version that says "Now 5 cents". When you do see these come up for sale, usually the glass is missing, it has been repainted, or there is some other flaw. Not here. Inexpensive and interesting piece. $52.00 shipped.
