I think he means 1991 TSC as that corresponds with SB XXVI, the last time the Redskins were Champs.
These versions have an embossed SBXXVI logo, usually in the top right corner of the front of the card. Can't really see them in the scans I just posted, but it's clear to see when tilted at an angle for the light reflection off the surface to make it easier to see.
