Even U2′s Bono Loves Super Bowl Rings.
The Rock/Pop legend was photographed this week sporting the Patriots latest Super Bowl Ring.
Although U2 did not play at Gillette Stadium, Robert and Jonathan Kraft (shown in the photo above with Bono) found a way to meet Bono and the rest of the band and see them perform.
The Krafts, owner of the Patriots, were at the TD Garden on Wednesday and hung out with U2 before their fourth and final performance in Boston.
The Krafts took the photo above with Bono wearing the 2014 Super Bowl ring before the show.
I hear things went much better with this championship ring moment than what occurred in 2005. That’s when Robert Kraft showed his Super Bowl XXXIX ring to Putin. As has been reported on this championship ring blog and all throughout the media, Putin put the huge championship ring in his pocket and walked away.
