this is an older thread, but seems relevant for my question.
I sent in a submission to SGC in December, roughly 30 cards, most were under $500 declared value. Cards declared under $500 cost $15 for grading, $500-$1500 cost $35. The value of a bunch of these cards has since moved over $500. When SGC finally gets around to my submission are they going to come and ask me to pay more?
a good example is a 55 Aaron which I declared at $400 but is certainly going to be worth over $500 now. Do I have to pay for the fact that their business is 90 days behind schedule?
