I just saw where former Orioles minor leaguer Kimera Bartee passed away at age 49. While Bartee never played for the Orioles, he did spend time with the Detroit Tigers, Cincinnati Reds and Colorado Rockies. His biggest contribution to the Orioles was that he was the player to be named later, that brought Scott Erickson to the O's from the Minnesota Twins.

My spring training seats are right by first base and Kimera was always very friendly with the fans, while coaching 1st base for the Tigers, when they visited Sarasota.

I don't have much of him in my collection, but did find he was included in the Orioles set inserted into the 1994 programs. An interesting set that not only included players from the major league roster, but most of their minor league players. Set included 108 cards (12 sheets of 9). Here's the sheet that included Bartee.
