I collect some of those cards as well but mostly for the fun . Players I like , to go with sets ( Topps Heritage relics ) and some of the serial numbers also but as far as them holding or retaining value is very unlikely . How many serial numbered "your favorite players name here" # / 1999 can a person collect. Every product has so many they just aren't as desirable . If you enjoy them collect them ! Brett
