dan mckeeObjectively speaking, I have put myself in their shoes: I am the President of a fairly large company that provides a service. I receive a complaint from a customer, and this part shouldn't matter! A well respected customer who has been doing business in the hobby for 34 years that my company performs the service for. I would immediately identify that there is a problem, have that problem corrected so that this could never happen again, ask my customer what it would take to rectify this. None of this happened, What happened is that I am a liar and trying to scam them.
