Coupons are listed on the back of the card as
factory 3 LA. Check the Blackburne T207, it is
listed as factory 10, 5th dist. NJ. I believe
the T207 Red Crosses were discovered primarily
in Louisiana, but as far as I know there is no
ownership link between Coupon and Red Cross
tobacco.

I don't think anyone knows what compelled Burdick
to categorize T215 Red Cross (Lorillards) with
T215 Pirates (Wills overseas issue), when in theory
to me T215 Red Cross could conceivably be seen as
a 'cousin' to T213 Coupons insofar as they are
Louisiana issues.
