Paul is right, these are catagorized as S110 pillow tops. Pillow tops because women were encouraged to use them as just that. This is why you see the smaller silks sewn together oft times or even holes around the perimeter of a silk.

A premium from the American Tobacco Co around 1910-1911, closely related to the T3 and T9 Turkey Red set (25 coupons from Old Mill, Turkey Red, or Fez cigarettes), the L1 and other large Hellmar leathers (50 coupons), or the S110s (150 coupons).
