I've never understood using a reserve price. Is there a difference in cost to put something at a $300 reserve price with $1 min bid vesus a straight $300 minimum bid?

Though I've never used a reserve before in my auctions, many who do set more than resonable reserves-- so the practice doesn's bother me. No harm, no foul as they saying goes.
