Prices include shipping in the US, but I will ask Canadian buyers to pay a shipping surcharge on the basis of actual shipping charges to Canada less single card domestic shipping of $2.67. Most of you understand the need for this as free shipping to Fargo does not equal free shipping to Winnipeg.
New cards have been added to replace the cards that have been sold. Check back frequently for pricing changes and new additions. Remember as well the prices will rise or fall on a daily basis.
