From what I have heard from a few sources, now, is that the larger auction houses do not have to play by these rules nor do the high volume submitters. They are still getting fast turnaround times and many of the grading tiers that are not available to us have still been available to them since the suspension.
When you are as important to the industry as PSA is you can do whatever you want. People will still line up and accept it.
