Doug AllenI can tell you that as exciting as his stories may be about visiting with Jefferson Burdick and trading cards, they all pale with comparison to his service in WWII.
For two days my team met with Lionel viewing 600 pages of scrapbooks that archived every event in detail and taping 3 hours of interviews where he told the most amazing stories you ever heard. Beleive it or not the interview was done with him in his full cavalry uniform including spurs!
Hope to have the book published by this Summer.
