I generally like football cards more than baseball (with goudey Ruths being the exception) but I wouldn’t get $8k worth of enjoyment from a chicle Nagurski, even though it’s a really great card.

Like Peter mentioned, the Dixie Lids are I think the only other cardboard collectible from the time period. And the “large” size is pretty comparable to the chicle and sport kings cards, so displays well with them.

I only recently saw these 1932 Denby Cigars Bears photo premiums. Kind of interesting but not what I collect.

But a Chicle Nagurski is a huge card, probably can’t go wrong grabbing one.
