Dots Miller did not play for Pittsburg until 1909. Unless the set was created sometime in late 1909, I think that it was probably introduced at the beginning of the 1910 season.
Germany Schaefer was traded from Detroit to Washington (his pictured team) in August of 1909, so this would be the earliest date that the set could have been issued.
David Shean was traded from Philadelphia to Boston (his pictured team) in July of 1909.

Great research Kevin! Is there any reason to believe it was produced in a different year then the E101 and various issues thrown together under the E92 heading?
