They were great till I filed a claim
Supposedly all claims are settled within 60 days
After 6 months I asked what's going on & all I got from the agent investigating the claim was
"Your Claim was Denied"
No Reasons
NO Nothing

Spend your money & Cross your Fingers
I should have bought a bunch of Lottery tixs
Probably would have to come out ahead
instead of insuring items I had in A storage Unit
