Finally got around to sending this card in to see if it was "Real". i was happy when it came back slabbed.

It is the only one graded. The only other card graded from this issue is a Reggie Jackson. Mantle is part of this set too.

Not sure how this card was distributed or where it came from.
All I know that there is very few of them.
