Hi Mike,
As always - graded cards "tend" to sell for a premium. Whether you should incur the cost is something you will ultimately have to answer for yourself. If you are selling privately to an active and knowledgeable collector, then they might not have any concerns with the grading process. As with most any issue, mid-grade cards such as these might not bring in significantly more dollars as you are a reputable dealer. This issue does not have any "key cards" and can be found with relative ease in the condition you have described.
