I recently acquired the July 1978 SABR membership directory scanned below.
I found a short summary of the event on SABR's website (
https://sabr.org/convention/history) but I could not identify all of the signatures. Can anyone please help with the list below? I need help with numbers 2, 5, 8, 9, and 11.
