Mark EvansSome years ago, several friends and I had occasion to have dinner with Dick Howser and his wife at a restaurant in Baltimore. Howser, at the time, was third-base coach for the Yanks, as I recall. He was very friendly and surprisingly candid. The one comment that sticks in my mind is what a jerk he thought of Reggie, flashing around big wads of cash, etc.
