1986 Fleer basketball “tougher” commons
What is the story on some of the 1986 Fleer basketball commons that get premium prices for higher grades (Johnny Moore, Jeff Malone, etc)? Is it centering issues or something else? What are the other sneaky tough commons to find in higher grade?
