I e-mailed them and got a response within an hour, although my second question has not been answered for a few hours now. Have you found them to be reliable with their grading turnaround times based on the service level that you have chosen? I don't want to run into trouble waiting longer than expected for my items and then not be able to reach them via phone to follow-up.
