As Ben said, pro stock bat. It does have some use by
someone, but that someone could be
anyone.
Teammate, minor league kid, etc.
Boggs? Maybe, but you would have to photo match it to prove it; or have rock solid provenance. Still, a nice bat, and a great pickup for a Boggs fan if you can get it for the right price.
Ben is a cheapskate; I would easily pay $75 for it. Lol.
It does have the correct number, but hey, when I was a kid, I marked my Mickey Mantle LS bat with a number 7 on the knob. And believe me, I was no Mickey Mantle.
