The first two index pages list the different brands and most of the pages that they are
on in the journal.
A couple of interesting things I see about t206's that haven't been mentioned
is that 13 of the 15 t206 brands (not including Ty Cobb) are on the index page
but EPDG and Polar Bear are missing also a few of the T206 brands say began
packing for all states except Ohio on some of the ledger pages.

It looks like it says Gales (EPD Gales) right under Hindu on that list, no?
