a pattern of classic rock band will generally age someone at over 50. Hair bands, or thrash metal, around or over 40(some may default to classic rock though). Grunge/Alternative, around or over 30. If someone has a good mix of hard-rock and rap, around or over 20. Now if anyone mentions Justin Bieber, it's a safe assumption that they are a 14 year old girl.
