2006 Bowman Originals is a set that is compromised of fakes, mainly because the cards were easy to take out of the holder they came in and replaced with a bigger player fake. There were tons of fake Arods and Pujols made. Even cards of them that weren’t on the checklist. I’m pretty sure if you google search about the set you’ll find tons of threads about it, mainly on Blowout.
At the time 2006 Bowman Originals came out, Arod was a Topps spokesperson. They wouldn’t buy signed cards of his to put into products. He signed for them.
