The top right is definitely Grove, as others have mentioned. But, it does look like an older Grove picture. Lefty was traded from the Athletics to the Red Sox after the 1933 season. I would say that the picture shows him wearing a Boston Red Sox hat, but I can't be 100% sure. I will check my Grove pictures, but I don't think I have this one. If I do, then it might show for sure whether or not it's a Red Sox hat as opposed to an Athletics hat.
Based on Lefty's face alone, I would say that the picture was taken in the 1937-38 timeframe.
