[QUOTE=brianp-beme;2007728]Over the years nothing from the attic, but from ebay I have purchased, on two separate occasions, vintage cards that were found while house remodeling (E253 Oxford of Bancroft and 1921 Exhibits of Cobb and Carl Mays), as well as a 1926 Spalding of Bancroft found inside an old book (evidently Dave liked to squirrel himself away), and a complete deck of Lajoie Game cards that the seller rescued from the dumpster. Most of these cards were in fairly low condition, especially the ones that were in the walls for decades.

The Lajoie playing card set reminds me of a card show I was at in Columbus and a gentleman brought in a deck of those and a dealer bought everyone i believe
