I wonder if this is the Breisch from E107 hobby fame? Is the Geo. Williams who signed on front as secretary the guy from Breisch-Williams and Williams Caramel Co.? Bresich was also once in the candy business with Walter Hiune, who signed this certificate as treasurer.
More than likely it is the same George Breisch.

The Breisch of Breisch-Williams was George Breisch. He is listed as a Confectioner as early as 1890 in Philadelphia. His father Frederick Breisch, from Germany, was also a candy maker, and his brother, Frederick, was also involved as either a partner or employee of the company. Later their company would be merged with the American Caramel Co.
