Default Broker Obligation

When you buy a raw card, you normally pay less precisely because it is not graded and you know you are taking a risk. When you buy from a reputable seller, you are normally willing to pay more precisely because of their reputation. Nothwithstanding that some sellers have a lifetime guarantee (such as Andy) I would never presume that to be the case and although I don't know where I would cut it off, clearly IMO 110 days is past this warranty period.
I think Will has shown a willingness to be reasonable in this matter. Although, I don't know Brent, others have vouched for his reasonableness. I would certainly think that two reasonable people should be able to resolve this matter and move on. Leon's suggested compromise is the same one that I was originally thinking should work, and I would be my opinion that the two sides in this matter try to reach an agreement around that basic framework.
