Sober opinions - much appreciated.
I agree with time issue and will change language from 7 days to 30 on card-grading issues only. 7 days should still be adequate for memorabilia, but I also agree that 30 days is more appropriate for grading issues.
Thanks for the input on that - should be an improvement to our service.
My latest offer to the customer was this:
Send the card to me. I will see if I can get it into a holder. If not, I will re-list it with ammended language and split the difference with this buyer.
He said, "NO!". Am I not being reasonable?
Oh, and then he threatened to have Adam Warshaw sue me as a result of my actions.
