There aren't a ton of comparable sales because there are so few of the T205 big four (Cobb, Young, Johnson, Mathewson) in grades of 7 or higher, but in December, Heritage sold a PSA 7 Mathewson for 15K, a PSA 7 Johnson for 18K, and a PSA 7.5 Young for 43K, while Goldin sold a PSA 7 Johnson also for 18K. I was estimating largely from those numbers, with a little market inflation built in.
