A co-worker has had this card since it was released in 2007 and is struggling to find information on its approximate value.
The card is a 2007 Topps Triple Threads Autograph/Jersey Sapphire, numbered 1/3.
I haven't found any sales of the "sapphire" card numbered to 3 like this one, but a couple searches led to some similar cards, like this one currently on eBay, numbered to 9:

I believe he is looking to sell eventually, but is just trying to gather information currently. I will post here for him if he decides to sell. I don't think he wants to use eBay. Any assitance or ideas would be appreciated.
