Cashewshow long do you usually wait to open an item not received dispute? i bought something from a seller and paid for it that night, march 23rd. i have sent him a ton of messages asking him if it has been shipped and when but the seller only says it was shipped and is not telling me when or how. i sent him one final message today and plan to wait 48 hours. if there is no response should i go ahead and open the dispute and make the paypal claim? guy has almost 2000 feedback so i did not anticipate this happening.
