Default Why are the top collections on PSA Registry locked out?

I was going through the psa registry and noticed alot of top collection (ie Louchios, ect..) are locked out so you cannot see the grades and pops of the greatest cards in the hobby. I can understand not showing scans of the cards, but if the set is dormant, why not share it?
