Thank you!
I'm just doing some reading up on him now and had no idea how successful he was, both as a player and a coach, and as this article reads, although he is in the National League Hall of Fame, many think he also belongs in the MLB Hall of Fame due to his accomplishments both as a player and as a pitching coach.

Finding out he was the last pitcher Babe Ruth faced and the first one Jackie Robinson faced, just adds to my excitement of owning this card. I collect 52's normally but I didn't want to get into the variation game, but, with that being said, I'm certainly glad I own this one.

First we’ll use Spahn, then we’ll use Sain,
Then an off day, followed by rain.
Back will come Spahn, followed by Sain
And followed, we hope, by two days of rain.
