Notice he has now went to private auctions and has changed the wording a tiny bit, BUT in no way does he admit this is a modern copy.

I don't understand Ebay on listing fakes or reprints on the baseball card listings, it's basically free game. However, if you try to list a stamp or coin, you must check off a long disclaimer that the item you are selling is genuine in all respects. I believe we should start an Ebay campaign to the same effect.

Also would be nice to give this CHEATING FRAUD a few negs and get him booted.

I have contacted Ebay about the listing, but I am sure it will take more than one person to get their attention.
