Net54ers who follow my somewhat eccentric purchasing habits may not be surprised to learn that my interest in this team picture is for Bob Shawkey, my favorite Yankee. I own his 1927 WS Ring. And I'm still not over the mysterious circumstances of my failed attempts to purchase the fake Bennett Park Vendor's Badge from a respected Net54 member.
