I have found the yellow spines to be noticeably rarer than the white ones, at least when t comes to Washington pennants.

The cigar smoking Senator and the Nationals pennant were made with white and gold spine, though I actually have more in gold. I’ve only seen the Capitol building pennant with gold spine. (I love the Nationals pennant by the way, it’s a GREAT graphic.)
